Join us for a fiesta of inexpensive and quick Mexican dishes

In this workshop, we will make delicious cheese-stuffed wheat tortilla quesadillas with fresh salsa. We’ll also make a selection of traditional tacos with fillings including adobo chicken and lime-seared fish, served in corn tortillas with refried beans, guacamole and salsa.

This workshop is hands-on and includes lunch and a take-away.

Thanks to funding from ESCC and Care for the Carers, we are able to offer free places to unpaid carers based in East Sussex. (£1 booking fee) If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us directly.
