We’ll make delicious, quick and inexpensive dishes from across the Indian subcontanent.
In this workshop we will make:
Samosa – flay pastry filled with potatoes and peas
Channa Masala – spiced chickpeas
Paneer Tikka – lightly spiced cottage cheese
Naan breads, chutney and raita
This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.
