Learn to make delicious and quick harvest-inspired dishes

The hands-on workshops includes baking and cooking

W e’ll make:

  • Courgette fritters with aioli
  • Roast vegetable frittata with salsa verde
  • Harvest salad with kale, beetroot, feta and garlic croutons
  • Pumpkin pie

This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and includes lunch.

Thanks to funding from Care for the Carers and ESCC we are able to offer free places to unpaid adult carers based in East Sussex. (£1 booking fee) If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us directly.
