An introduction to cooking with fish, bivalves and shellfish

This hands-on workshop will focus on essential fish and seafood skills.

Learn how to fillet a fish and prepare shellfish and mussels.

Make a snack of pan-fried mackerel fillets in a soft wheat bun with salsa verde.

Followed by mussels in a Thai spiced coconut broth and chilli garlic prawns.

This workshop includes lunch and a take-away.

light hearted – good fun – social

The course is free for unpaid adult carers from across East Sussex
