Learn super nutritious and delicious quick meals

Don’t let time pressures stop you from cooking delicious and nutritious meals. In this workshop, we’ll focus on 3 easy and quick meals with countless variations.

We’ll cook:

Stir-fried beef and broccoli with sesame and soy noodles
Salmon paper parcels with carrots and spring onions
Chilli bean tacos with salsa

This workshop is hands-on and includes lunch and a take-away.
