World Mental Health Day – 10 October 2019

We believe every day should be mental health day!

Our diet plays an important part in keeping a healthy mind and body.

The saying goes, “let food be thy medicine.”

In my experience, cooking is stimulating, creative and therapeutic with edible results.

Cooking for others always makes me feel good.
