A training and support course for parents and carers who want to feed their neurodivergent children well.
This is a five-week hands-on course which features a combination of hands-on cookery, peer support, respite and tried and tested insider advice
Our aims:
- To help parents/carers with neurodiverse children to develop skills and strategies for feeding their children well.
- To help parents/carers to cook together with their neurodiverse children and pass on skills for life.
- To create a nurturing and nourishing space for parents/carers to take respite and receive peer support.
This course is free for any parent or carers in East Sussex
There is a small refundable booking fee.
The course will be co-facilitated by Community Chef founder Robin Van Creveld and Lydia Wilkins, a freelance journalist who specialises in disability and social inequality issues. She is the author of The Autism Friendly Cookbook.
