Cooking For A Healthy Heart – NEW COURSE

Cooking For A Healthy Heart is a five week cookery, nutrition and wellbeing course focussing on delicious and nutritious cardio protective foods run by Community Chef CIC in Lewes.

An opportunity for people of all ages to learn how to cook, be creative, meet new people, build self-confidence and eat delicious food.

This course is open to all, but priority places are reserved or older generation men and women who are carers, live on their own or who in other ways in need.

We piloted these courses with Camberley Alzheimer’s Cafe and now run these regularly.

The course dates are as follows:

Tuesday 6th November – 4th December 2018

Tuesday 19th March – 16th April 2019

Tuesday 18th June – 16th July 2019

This will take place at St Mary’s Church, Camberley, from 11:00am – 02:00pm GMT.
