COOKING FOR CARERS
COOKING FOR CARERS
Cooking for Carers is a programme of work supporting full time unpaid carers. There are over seventy thousand unpaid carers in East Sussex and more than seven million across the UK. Our aim is give carers a nourishing and uplifting experience which will help them to both eat well and feel supported.
We have funding from East Sussex County Council and Care for the Carers to run a programme of cookery and wellbeing activities for carers in East Sussex.
We have a full programme of Cooking for Carers activities running at the Lewes Community Kitchen and in other venues across East Sussex.
All activities are free for unpaid carers in East Sussex. Book or find out more information below.
