Enjoy the iconic riverside venue of Harvey’s Brewery for a day of exceptional street food and drink paired with a series of masterclasses hosted by Community Chef and featuring local chefs and experts.

I demystified sourdough bread making and sharing two simple everyday sourdough breads plus giving away free sourdough starter.

Alex Von Riebech, chef and owner of Limetree Kitchen will help us get to grips with game.

Kate Henry of Great British Bake Off fame shares her secrets to fantastic low sugar and gluten free baking.

Chloe Edwards of Seven Sisters Spices  takes us on a tour of flavourful spices.

Thomas Daniell at Old Tree Co-op – the brewing arm of Brighton’s acclaimed zero-waste restaurant SILO – shows us how to make magical drinks at home.

All this, plus the Harvey’s Hop Bar, artisan coffee from Brighton’s One Church, live music, and a range of tantalising street food from the likes of Jhal Muri Express.

This event was entirely free.
