The BBC Community Hero Award has been awarded to Community Chef founder and director Robin Van Creveled.
He said: “It was a honour to be awarded the BBC Surrey and Sussex community hero good neighbour award.
“It felt amazing to be publicly recognised for my work. It was an inspiring and humbling evening and a privilege to share the experience with other people doing incredible community work.”
