Community Chef is delighted to welcome graduates of our Man with a Pan programme to a spring celebration feast
Join us for a communal feast at the Lewes Community Kitchen where we’ll be celebrating the spring with a delicious Greek inspired meal, live music and good vibes.
The menu will feature:
Fourtalia – broad bean and herb frittata
Spanakopita – savory filo dough pie with a spinach and feta cheese filling
Kotopoulo Lemonato – lemon chicken with slow roasted potatoes
Fasolakia – green beans in tomato sauce.
Horta – braized spring greens
Spiced apricots – with Greek yoghurt and honey
This event is for graduates of our Man with a Pan programme and attendees are welcome to bring a guest.
