Community Chef founder and director, Robin Van Creveled, said: “We are delighted to be co-hosting Food for Thought, Hastings – this symposium together with colleagues from Hastings Voluntary Action and Education Futures Trust. The aim is to get people with an interest in food and community activities together, to share ideas on reducing food waste, feeding the masses, cooking and eating communally and promoting a healthy and sustainable food system” 

It’s an opportunity to get involved with community cafes, social dining activities, waste reduction and bread & cookery clubs. It includes cookery demonstrations, practical tips, bread making and a delicious free lunch!
