Learn to make chaat, delectable Indian snacks and street food favourites

Chaat refers to the snacks and starters found across India, usually prepared fresh and theatrically as street food.

In this workshop we will make:

Channa Puri – crispy min puri stuffed with spiced chickpeas and tamarind dressing

Pav Bhaji – a buttery vegetable curry served on a milk bun with hari chutney

Masala chai – special spiced tea

This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.

Thanks to funding from Care for the Carers and ESCC we are able to offer free places to unpaid carers based in East Sussex. (£1 booking fee) If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us directly.
