Learn to make chaat, delectable Indian snacks and street food favourites
Chaat refers to the snacks and starters found across India, usually prepared fresh and theatrically as street food.
In this workshop we will make:
Bhel Puri – a puffed rice salad with tamarind dressing
Channa Puri – crispy min puri stuffed with spiced chickpeas and tamarind dressing
Pav Bhaji – a buttery vegetable curry served on a milk bun with hari chutney
Masala chai – special spiced tea
This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.
