This workshop will focus on straight forward and wholesome gluten free baking.
We’ll make a delicious fruit cake, rough puff pastry, polenta and almond shortbread and roast vegetable farinata, a rich Italian traybake of chickpea batter with roasted vegetables.
This workshop will be a combination of demonstration and hands on activities.
Lunch is included.
