In this hands-on workshop, we’ll prepare globally inspired dishes using beans and lentils, including:
Egyptian broad bean foul medams with chopped salad and tahini.
North Indian methi dal with chapati and chutney.
Mexican black bean tacos with guacamole and salsa.
This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.
