Learn how to make naturally fermented kefir and kombucha

Humans have made probiotic drinks like Kefir and Kombucha for thousands of years. They are excellent for digestion and gut health. Join expert fermentalist, Alex Catchpole for this hands-on workshop.

You will learn how to make and maintain dairy and water kefir and make a low alcohol fruity kombucha.

Alex is a wealth of nutritional and dietetic knowledge and will also look at everyday ways of improving your digestion and general health.

We’ll also cook and eat a delicious seasonal meal together.

The course is free for unpaid carers from across East Sussex, class sizes are small and our venue is C-19 secure. (£1 booking fee)
