In this hands-on baking workshop, we’ll prepare yeasted and unleavened flatbreads including:
- Paratha, Indian flaky flatbread stuffed with spiced potato.
- Manakeesh, Lebanese flatbread topped with zaarter
- Pide, Turkish yeasted flatbreads topped with greens, cheese & herbs.
This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.
