Emmanuel Hadjiandreou’s continental bread series was such a success, we’ve invited him back to show us his approach to making sourdough breads.
You will learn to make a delicious white sourdough suitable for countless variations, prune & pepper bread, beetroot & barley bread and a gluten free buckwheat loaf. The workshop runs on Thursday evening from 6pm and continues all day on Friday from 10am. In addition to expert tuition, the workshop includes delicious vegetarian dinner and lunch plus lots of bread to take home. Suitable for beginners and enthusiasts!
