Gluten Free Bread with Emmanuel Hadjiandreou – Saturday 17 November 2018

Learn the fundamental skills needed to make delicious and nutritious, gluten free breads from one of the UK’s most popular bakery teachers.

We will work with freshly milled grain and legume flours and explore making, maintaining and baking with a sourdough starter. You will make a basic gum free, GF loaf suitable suitable for countless variations, sourdough crumpets and a gluten free stollen. Emmanuel will help you to plan a gluten free system that fits around your rhythm.

This workshop is suitable for coeliacs and includes a seasonal lunch.
