In this hands on baking workshop you will learn to make three extraordinary breads from across France

You will learn to bake:

Pain Normand, a cider flavored bread named for the Normandy region

Manala, a brioche style saints bun from Alsace

Fougasse Nicoise, olive oil enriched bread flavoured with orange and aniseed

This workshop is suitable for beginners and enthusiasts and includes tuition, lunch, refreshments and lots of bread to take home
