The series starts with French Breads on 17 April 2014, followed by Italian Breads on 1st May and German Breads on 15 May

Emmanuel trained as a baker in South Africa and has been baking professionally for over twenty-five years. His work has taken him around the world and he has baked for amongst others, Flour Power, Gordon Ramsay, Daylesford Organic and Judges Bakery. He tutors at the award winning School of Artisan Foods is the author of the bestselling book “How to Make Bread”
